Hi <3 Welcome to my booking site, my name is Story. My suite is located in Downtown Silver Spring. I’ve been doing nails since I was 18, so it’s been a little over 2 years now. I went to Shawntays School of Creative Nails in 2021. Thank you for choosing me to be your tech 🫶🏻 can’t wait to meet you! DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE YOUR CARD INFORMATION. When you book your appointment my website will charge a $20 deposit. That will go towards your total and the remaining balance may be paid will cash or Zelle at the time of your appointment! - Please come in with bare nails if you do not have a file off/soak off booked. Unfortunately I do not do fill ins over other peoples work since I work with polygel. If you need a removal added to your appointment please let me know as soon as possible! (a little polish is fine but acrylics,dip,etc may result in a cancellation/rescheduling, i have back to back clients typically so I may not have extra time for a soak off) -All prices on my website are starting prices. Any designs&add ons will be an extra charge. Please view my “Pricing” highlight to calculate your total or feel free reach out to me at (202) 787-0967 with any questions! :) -Communication is ALWAYS key! Please just text me at (202) 787-0967 to let me know if you’re running a bit behind. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled. -There is limited parking in my area. The parking lots directly next to and in front of my building are private! Please do not park there your car will be towed! (Street parking or any public garages are your best bet!) -If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No shows will be charged a $30 fee and cancellations within 24 hours will need to pay a new deposit to book again. -If you have any concerns about your nails after your appointment please reach out to me at (202) 787-0967. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment.
You have a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will be charged a $15 late fee, and after 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be considered as a no-show.
Being a no-show will result in being charged 100% of the service. (via glossgenius)
If you make a same day cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the service. (I will reach out to you)
If you choose to ignore these fees, you WILL be charged for 100% of the service.
Please be mindful that your spot could have gone to someone else and communication is ALWAYS key.
